Welcome to our new page for North Shore Skylights Ltd. For the past 38 years we have been known and operated as Steve Nicholson Project Management Corp. We’ve been the leader for Skylights, Doors and Window installations on Vancouver’s North Shore, North Vancouver and West Vancouver, and the greater Vancouver area since 1986.

We are the area’s premier preferred installer and skylight specialist of Velux Skylights, Roof Windows,  Sun Tunnels and the amazing new Velux VMS skylight system. Whether your project is just replacing an existing unit or starting from scratch, we have the ability and know how to make your job an easy and delightful experience. We also maintain and service all types of Velux deck mount and curb mount drop on skylights.

We are specialists in all types of wood, metal and fibreglass doors including commercial doors, hardware and door closers. Our ability to custom retrofit most new doors and frames into existing or new openings means we can provide the style and make for you.
